We have strong relationships with structural engineers and reputable builders meaning that there is never a breakdown in communication during the design and build process.

We operate a transparent fee policy with a range of pricing to suit your requirements.

All of our initial consultations within the county of Dorset are free thereafter we charge on a project by project basis for CAD designs for planning permission.

Project management is charged at an hourly rate which can be discussed at the initial consultation.

Permission, location plan fees and other expert consultant fees will be discussed and agreed where applicable.
Meet the Team
Neil Worthington BA (Hons) Architecture. Dip. Arch
Neil studied BA (Hons) Architecture at The University of Plymouth and his Post Graduate Diploma at Huddersfield University.
He worked at Ansell & Bailey in London, with McDonald's restaurants as his key client. His time in London also included working for Druce and Chestertons.
As a keen sailor, cyclist and lover of Dorset, he relocated to Weymouth in 2005 setting up the architectural consultancy after 2 years in local property development and renovation.
Lisa Worthington BA (Hons)
Lisa's background is in the corporate world of marketing & design, but has now retrained to use Procreate to assist with the initial design stages of projects. She has a passion for interior and garden design, having worked on several local property development projects.
Enzo
With the rise in pet ownership, it's important to have their input on changes to the home or office environment.
Enzo adds a pet's perspective, where relevant, on all designs and how they may impact the most important members of the family or team.
